They corrected the problem and made sure this job was done right by cleaning up after previous shortcuts and subpar work by another roofer.- the clean up after work every day, and at the end, was done with unexpected thoroughness. I was surprised how clean it was…. After the bad hail storm we had in 2021, I had multiple roof contractors knocking on my door, leaving me fliers, flagging me down as I got in or out of my truck. I’m a firm believer, “good things come to those who wait”… the good Lord put him in my path!! After mine and Jacob’s initial call, I KNEW he was “my guy”!! He was local, he was very knowledgeable, very professional, a good listener, and he wasn’t pushy! He worked closely with my insurance adjuster to ensure EVERYTHING was brought back to pre storm condition. He was in constant communication w/ me throughout the entire process. Jacob and his crew went ABOVE & BEYOND... they were in and out in a day. After the many crew left, he had another (super polite) gentleman do a spot check to make sure everything was picked up. He really went above and beyond by taking care of some minor beautification issues that didn’t take long but weren’t in the statement of work for us without additional charge.He held his subcontractors to the same high standards as his own team and always double checked everything once it was completed.I’m addition to the roof work, they saw to the replacement of a damaged fence and some rain gutters. Both are properly functional and beautiful in their workmanship. No one wants to get their roof replaced, and I've never had to replace one up until now. I asked 3 roofing contractors to give me estimates. I never felt pushed or rushed into selecting Action Roofing. Nick just seemed the most knowledgeable and professional. Action Roofing made it easy.
