The whole metal roof design is a roof system, not just a metal roof. We could not see all the damage but Jake was proactive, took pictures and got everything listed for the insurance.Jake was patient and excellent with all the insurance hassle. He had to work through three claims adjustors! He also coordinated having the tree removed which was a VERY BIG deal at that time. Finding ways to get trees and brush removed was not easy. You can tell from the before and after pics what a great job they did. Jake was an excellent coordinator - got all the work crews there and work completed.
