He worked closely with my insurance adjuster to ensure EVERYTHING was brought back to pre storm condition. He was in constant communication w/ me throughout the entire process. Jacob and his crew went ABOVE & BEYOND... they were in and out in a day. After the many crew left, he had another (super polite) gentleman do a spot check to make sure everything was picked up.
